StopWatch+ Real-Time Counter/Classifier for Emergency Management

StopWatch+ is a specially enhanced version of the industry leading ADR-3000 Plus permanent site traffic counter and classifier. StopWatch+ enables the ADR-3000 Plus to communicate and provide real-time and urgent data in times of crisis.
