Q1 - How can I return equipment for repair / RMA Form
Goods can be sent to either our Hamilton or our Christchurch locations. Print out the Return Merchandise Authorisation Form (RMA Form) at the bottom of this page, and fill in any details of the fault encountered and your contact details. It is essential that you include this form with the goods when you ship them, to ensure efficient processing of your repair / replacement.
Q2 - Can you repair my datalogger / sensor?
Yes, we support all the product lines that we sell. Repairs will be carried out when it is economically feasible for the client. If a quotation is required before a repair takes place, a minimum workshop charge of $45 may apply.
Q3 - How often should I service/calibrate my datalogger/sensor?
As recommended servicing details differ by manufacturer and application, we will discuss the following with you before making a recommendation.

Environment that the equipment is installed in (eg coastal, desert, wet)
Degree of accuracy required
Your regular cleaning and site maintenance program
