Scottech operates a service centre within it's Hamilton branch. The workshop provides repair and calibration services for a wide and growing range of precision equipment.
The repair workshop is staffed with experienced personnel who have a wide range of experience at their disposal ensuring a fast and efficient repair service for customers.
With calibrations calibration certificates are provided on return of your equipment.
Goods can be sent to either our Hamilton or our Christchurch locations. Print out the Return Merchandise Authorisation Form (RMA Form) at the bottom of this page, and fill in any details of the fault encountered and your contact details. It is essential that you include this form with the goods when you ship them, to ensure efficient processing of your repair / replacement.
