Where are your price lists?

We do not list prices on our web page. Instead we adjust prices in line with currency fluctuations. In this way we avoid adding an unneccessary margin "just in case" the $NZ falls against other currencies. Please Contact Us for current pricing.

How do I buy?

Email Scottech with details of the equipment you are interested in. We can advise you of the current price and availability, as well as payment options. We are also able to arrange finance if required.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Do you have a catalogue?

A complete catalogue would contain thousands of items and would require daily updating as each of our suppliers changed, added, deleted or up-graded their equipment. Please let us know your application and we will be more than happy to put together a folio of the relevant products.

Do you have an agent in the USA / UK / Asia / Middle East?

STIL Products may be purchased directly from our New Zealand company. For our international suppliers please see the Products By Supplier page of this website.

 

Technical & Returns

How can I return equipment for repair / RMA Form

Goods can be sent to either our Hamilton or our Christchurch locations. Print out the Returns Form here, and fill in any details of the fault encountered and your contact details. It is essential that you include this form with the goods when you ship them, to ensure efficient processing of your repair / replacement.

Can you repair my datalogger / sensor?

Yes, we support all the product lines that we sell. Repairs will be carried out when it is economically feasible for the client. If a quotation is required before a repair takes place a minimum workshop charge of $45 will apply. However, if you decide to go ahead with the repair or purchase a replacement item, then this charge may be waivered.

How often should I service/calibrate my datalogger/sensor?

As recommended servicing details differ by manufacturer and application, we will discuss the following with you before making a recommendation.

Your application
Equipment type
Environment that the equipment is installed in (eg coastal, desert, wet)
Degree of accuracy required
Your regular cleaning and site maintenance program
