Light Intensity (Lux)

Typically used for indoor light levels, although some sensors can measure outdoor or underwater levels.

The following sensors measure light intensity. Please click the Related Pages links for more information.

  • The 765 & 775 handheld meters are designed specifcally for museums, galleries and archives. They combine light intensity with other parameters of interest including UV, temperature and humidity
  • The HOBO Dataloggers are suitable for recording light levels over time. data can be downloaded to a computer and monitored against temperature and humidity readings.
